The initial meeting with you is a free one on one with us to discuss your wishes, dreams and ideas for your wedding day.  We will help you to determine which package is best for you.  We offer three wedding planning packages, Gold, Diamond and Platinum.  All packages include a FREE initial no obligation meeting to discuss how we can assist you on your special day.

GOLD PACKAGE

Consultation  $150.00 for the first hour, $50.00 for each additional hour after.
You may need the consultation because you wish to plan your own wedding, but require a little assistance, direction, and polishing.  This includes ideas, themes, budget, vendor contacts.  We are here to guide and assist you in making informed decisions.  Our knowledge, training and experience will turn your dreams and expectations into reality. This service is pay as you go.
All packages are based on weddings with a maximum of 300 guests, additional charges apply for weddings with more then 300 guests.

DIAMOND PACKAGE

Day of Wedding coordination  $750.00
This package is for you if you have planned your wedding and want to relax and enjoy your day.  We will ensure all details of your wedding are taken care of.  Everything will glitter and shine with brilliance.
Wedding Day Coordination Services Include:
Meeting with clients one month before the wedding day to develop and review timelines.
Coordinate and confirm vendor details.
Attend the rehearsal and coordinate the ceremony if required.
We will attend the ceremony, photo shoot and reception.
Ensure that your dream day runs smoothly and no detail gets overlooked.
We are also prepared for the unexpected.  Our wedding emergency kit.

PLATINUM PACKAGE

Full Wedding Coordination – 10% of your wedding budget
(minimum $1000 applies)
This is the perfect package for couples who are simply too busy to plan all the details of their entire wedding.  A professional wedding planner will help you to create and make your dream day come true.  Top of the line delivery and service.
Full Wedding Coordination includes the Wedding Day Coordination package as well as:

Theme and décor
Timeline management
Unlimited hours of consultation/phone/emails & meetings with clients.
Venue Selection
Attend vendor meetings, contract review/followups/confirmation.
Meeting two weeks prior to the wedding and going over the details.
Attendance at the rehearsal.
